杏仁饼





怎样都吃不腻的杏仁饼,是我必做的年饼,今年小量生产了一小桶,小心翼翼的把它带回老家去,只为了孝敬我敬爱的她。。。

我老家后面有个小小的院子,风很大,很凉爽,我妈妈她最爱坐在那洗洗菜,浇浇花,而我就比较喜欢待在那吹吹风,拍拍照

这组照片就是过年时在老家拍的,午餐后的甜点,我们又开动了,嘴巴是没停过!吃吃吃。。咔咔!














杏仁饼

材料 :
杏仁粉 110克,低筋面粉 165克,糖粉 45克,发粉 3/4茶匙
小苏打 1/4茶匙,盐 1/4茶匙,玉米油 85克

做法
1)将所有材料混合,加入油拌成团
2)把面团擀成约1cm薄片用模型印出来放在烤盘上,涂上一层蛋黄液
3)预热烤箱170度烤18分钟至表层金黄色即可
(时间与温度可依自家的烤箱而做调整)

**我家烤箱160度烤18分钟,180度烤7分钟
